I booked parishuttle to collect myself and teenage daughter to avoid stress and get us to our hotel at night, this was our first time in paris, i contacted them to say we may be delayed by hour and they said they would track flight. We were almost 2 hours late and i rang them when i arrived only to be told no one was coming to get us!!! I also add that they were there to collect other passengers from my delayed flight but not for myself and my teenage daughter!! We were terrified amd struggled to find anyone who spoke English we then had to make our own way into paris via train/taxi, Parishuttle have refused to refund me half my money, i would avoid this company at all costs they take your money and run!!!
