Original review posted by user Feb 16, 2021 The product was scheduled for delivery, no show no call. Feb 12th, 2012 Then hours with Costco trying to work it out. Followed up today with more BS from Costco. I have just recently discovered that Innovel Solutions is owned by Costcos since March 2020. So I am going to cancel my TV order and accounts with Costco due to their misrepresentations regarding this matter. User's recommendation: Do not order from Costco online unless they can assure you that it will be shipped by someone other than Innovel.
