Chair is not working. It is stuck in the recline position. We have checked all connections. As you can see from pictures everything has power but chair will not move to sitting position. User's recommendation: I was told you would call back within 3 days. No one has contacted & my husband is disabled. He needs this chair either fixed or replaced immediately.
