Went to the Hamilton, Ohio Rural King store numerous times for a mower battery. The display has been completely empty. When I question the employee at the service desk, they always say that trucks come in daily, but they don't know what's on the trucks. The last time, I told them the entire mower battery shelves are empty, and have been for the better part of a month now. The employee said, "well maybe I'll look into that". Very unconcerned employees, and the website is not helpful in resolving these issues. User's recommendation: If you don't see it, you probably can't get it.
