No response to order

I placed an order with this company 12/25/18. Checked my account status and it said "being processed". Sent an email to inquire about the status of my order. Got a reply that verified they received my email but nothing regarding the status of my order. I'm beginning to think this a company that specializes in scamming people. Just left them a VM directing them to fulfill my order or refund my money. Should have been smarter about doing business with a Cali company that's probably being run by grifters
