The service in Umlazi V Engen Garage is pathetic and beyond everything, Staff stand while you have your car parked, some staff re having a fat chat with Taxi drivers, The only time you will see them moving is when a taxi comes, No Greetings nothing, If that garage was not servicing taxis it would have shut... Poor customer services and even more so by the owner. Waited to fill up (60 litres) as I do monthly at this particular service station and it’s not the first time that I waited and the attendants served other customers pulling up after me. Sanitizing

There is no one at the door to sanitize people. They just hanged a bottle of sanitizer on a trolley and people can’t even see the bottle. Kindly check the cameras, people just go straight to the fridges without sanitizing their hands. No one is there to monitor the customers if they are sanitizing their hands or... Read more➤

Poor service, unplanned trip, unprofessional guide

We have just returned from a trip to Santa Claus in Lapland. Guide - Jekaterina. After the ride, complete fatigue, practically all day on a continuous road and running. Scheduling time is not scheduled at all. Very little time for excursions. Upon arrival in Santa's park, the guide announces that he will go after the tickets and will be back at 13.50, the group will be able to see the souvenirs for about half an hour. Ok, we're waiting. Half an hour after the agreed time there are no guides or tickets... Everyone is standing in the cold and still waiting. Call guides are not possible - do not pick up the handset. When it was finally possible to call him 50 minutes late, the guide announced that the group should go to the "tower house" after the tickets. Well sorry, but there's all the cottages with towers - how does the group know where to go? We are mistaken for another 10 minutes while the guides are found. Really, due to the guide, we lost more than an hour, because we arrived around 13.20, but tickets were issued only around 15.00. It was then announced that there was little time left - fixes on the deer, then on a husky trip and away. When the group began protesting that they would not leave until they visited the park, the guide agreed to extend the time a little (but only a little!). It was as if the booked Husky trip was completely misunderstood. We have been waiting in line for deer for a long time (a reminder - in the cold), but there was a nightmare on the Husky! Several double-decker buses run at the same time - it's not a reservation, it's misunderstood. All the time is spent queuing for your trip. Even the father doesn't have time to drink! Why can't a guide arrange an exact reservation? Who needs a guide if he has to be in the same lines everywhere in the same way. It was the same at Christmas - the guide seemed to have booked a time, but we were brought in late, late (and not because of the tourists) - we have to live together again. you queue up and don't even have time to look at Santa's hostel. You can generally forget about walking during the trip! Give 1.5 hours for sightseeing and dining - choose whether to go to the zoo or eat. You can't miss both! When the group objects, they are announced on the lips with a smile - but I gave you time to eat yesterday (!)! If we do not get back to the ferry - you will have to pay for it. (it's nothing that the guide itself is delayed the most and the bus breaks again) The tour in Helsinki was completely irrelevant - it took me to the corner of a street and showed me a shabby reindeer drum at the door of a souvenir booth. Everything! By bus, somewhere on some streets took out... Gave time 40 minutes - start go to the famous market and eat (the famous market trail was offered in the program). At least 40 minutes of waiting for the soup to be served on the market, it is impossible to stand for 40 minutes, which is allotted for both market entry, queuing and passport. To receive it, both for pick-up and return (the bus is parked within a 10-minute walk of the market). Plus another bus to Oulu broke. Again lost an hour! Even the breakfast was dramatic, as the allotted time was around 40 minutes (so as if you had to leave in time, it's nothing that after that the bus makes everyone feel the same way), but at the same time again people. out of several large buses here. There is nowhere to sit down, wait in line again and have to rake what speed you can. It's as if the saunas in the hotel are the same - we arrived at the hotel around 23.00, you have to leave early in the morning. The people of Oulu live in two hotels, which again takes time because you have to go back to the other hotel. Hotels away from the attractions - you have to shake the bus all the time and watch some prehistoric movies. What a mess!
