No response regarding estimated deivery date

After sending 2 emails in 6 days regarding a delivery date for our freezer, no response, yet. Took the money though! Very unprofessional, and, as we understand the current health crisis upon us, the staff should still be able to answer emails, since you're unable to get through on the damn phone! User's recommendation: Find another reputable company.
