No Response from Simmons Manufacturing about Beauty Rest Mattress

Update by user Apr 14, 2021 Nothing Original review posted by user Apr 13, 2021 Jan 6, 2020: Purchased King Mattress at Mattress Firm Custer Bridges #002156. Mattress is very uneven and lumpy. Contacted Mattress Firm and paid for an inspection. Their Inspection Report states normal wear. Very visible low spots in mattress. Stopped by the Mattress Firm at Custer Bridges and told a gentleman what happened and he told me to contact Beauty Rest. I then sent an email to Simmons on Mar 19, 2021 & Mar 28, 2021 and no response.
