NO REMOTE

What I am doing is looking for a remote that was supposed to come with my fan I purchased from shop HQ I have called you guys and you said you were sending me out one I never received it can you please send me a remote with a tracking number so I can track when it will be here The last time there was no tracking number for me. My Order # is 524****. Thank you in advance.
