This stuff is total crap and when it fails no respectable asphalt company will touch it. You will be left with a disaster. Also they do not honor their warranty.

Dont waste your money!!!!! I live in TN and dont have bad winters and product didnt last 6 months. I too filed a claim and was told I had to apply two coats to validate the warranty. I do not recommend!!
