I have yet to see a refund to my bank account after returning 2 items. I have bought from Coldwater Creek for years, but the clothes I bought recently are made smaller, and not the same nice clothes as before. I returned 2 pairs of pants, I always got a refund very quickly but its been a month a no refund, will waste time on phone call now. User's recommendation: Pay with PayPal so you might get a quicker refund.
