The system for getting points depends upon wait staff to enter the phone number after an order is populated, if done first points disappear, when trying to add later if the receipt is not available you have to know the tax and tip amount to take off to put in the amount right. Then if you cant figure that out you are supposed to call the restaurant. And other times waiters assured us the amount was added, but was not. So far dine rewards is the hardest reward program I have ever tried to use. It is not customer friendly. User's recommendation: Make sure the staff adds the phone number properly and check points right after paying.
