No paper delivered today

I don't want an extension on my subscription I want my Sunday newspaper with the four inserts of coupons. It was supposed to be extra coupons in today's paper. For some reason I have $18 taken out of my checking account twice a month for Sunday only paper that is $36 a month for a $5 paper which is four times a month it's $20 plus the extra one

》 No response after multiple tries. I was bred and born in Columbus. I have always relied on the Dispatch for answers, for any info I need. Clearly that trust is now a thing of the past.
