No one will cancel my order

Original review updated by user Jun 25, 2021 I ordered a range, I am getting a run around with no actual delivery date and some confirmation with security team which ive done already. I am being told my order cannot be cancelled and everyone is refusing. Someone then cancelled my order and never sent a confirmation. I have been on the phone for 2 days just trying to figure out when I will get my delivery but its such a backwards process. No one is helping me and I just want to cancel my order. These call centers are horrible. Please cancel my order... User's recommendation: Dont order unless you want a run around for several days.
