Took delivery told by driver toilet bowl didn’t make it even though I wasn’t shown it I took word for it. Tried all day do far trying to call Soak.com but when it connects just music playing while I’m waiting for someone to answer, not a free phone number do I’m paying to report an issue after holding on for 15 minutes at a time still no one has the decency to answer!! Decide to contact by e mail still no reply absolute disgrace !!
