Called for 3 days from early morning until late afternoon and all I hear is all representatives are busy and are helping other customers your wait time will be 10 minutes but, I was holding on for over 30 minutes or longer. I got tired of that *** music and hung up. Finally called and selected the provider number on my phone and a live person answered. SCAM!!!!
