Your hotline doesn't help your customer to much hussle in our part how can you tell your problem if everytime your talking to a machine and it just say your total update payment or you've been cut down. what stupid thing. Even your email doesn't work you even not attending to the customer needs. Aside from it your number for texting is not also applicable it doesn't help too. Much better go to the speaking call center people rather a stupid machine. Do something about this. Thank you! Lucky enough that I talked to a real person of sky team it helps a lot. User's recommendation: Go with a call center agent or cellphone that can easily connect to your customers.
