I only saw them one time. Bad area with homeless around and only street parking which was always full for blocks. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the room. A/C unit started rattling very loud. Caught the lady in the office. The only time I ever saw anyone. She said she would call the maintenance man. We left and when we returned. Our room had not been cleaned and the A/C had not been fixed. Ceiling plaster cracked and hanging down in the hallway and our room. Carpeted stairs worn off on the edges of the steps. Cracks in the walls of the room. Material on chairs worn all the way through with holes. Area rug dirty and ragged on the edges.do not stay here! Southwest needs to take this off as being an option.
