Called Pivotal because my gas furnace wouldnt turn on. They assigned me to another company. They came out and said I needed a part. This was Weds. They didnt call me back with the part until the following. Tuesday. All this time I had no heat so I got another company to fix the problem. It was fixed in one day. Why Am I paying Pivotal for no service? Total waste of money. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money.
