No good customer service afterwards

It’s no secret that online reviews can be significant, but just how important are they to a marketing campaign? Do companies care? The number of online consumers who read and trust online reviews is increasing. According to a survey by BrightLocal, 88 percent of consumers trust online reviews, but so unfortunately I didn’t do my homework before I do my $ 4746.39 purchase with Star Furniture. As a matter of fact, I have talked to more than three managers about my diserable experiences and nobody offers any help. Today, I even have tried to call the customer care and they really are not responsive... look like someone works hard to bring businesses in but no one from Star Furniture wanted to provide any customer service afterwards. It is a simple issue now and I want a credit back to my account please. Since I can’t get anyone to listen, I am posted this online so I wish someone would like to do something for a customer. The true is they keep messed up my invoices and times so I don’t believe they would possible to help after this final sales. I want a credit back to my account (peace of mind protection plans $379.99 + tax for 5yrs) so I don’t have to call them any more. For above incidents, my personal recommendation is “NO” and no star for Star Furniture. Jo from Houston, TX 12-18-2018
