I own property located near an Invitation Home property. The properties share a biundary line separated by hedges. I have repeatedly tried to get management (John Clark) to share in the cost of replacing these trees as they are more thsn 20 yrs old and in had condition. All requests to take care of this matter has fallen on death hears. I have even paid for trees to be cut on their direct property as they refused that request as well. It appears IH likes to collect rent, but when it comes to maintenance they could care less what it looks like.
