No empathy and no service

I purchased an Economax brand sofa for my daughter for her birthday in August 2016. In September 2017 she noticed the foam inside had moved and was causing a dent in one of the cushions. So she called customer service and they simply told her "Your guarantee was for one year only." and they hung up. So now she is stuck with a *** sofa. Never buy Economax brands and be sure to call the day before your guarantee is up if you feel you have a problem with your purchase. Unfortunately she did not get the name of the representative, that is another thing you should always do.
