No electricity for 5days and counting

A transformer near our home blew and cut our electricity. It has been out now for 5 days through zero degree weather. We have lost $400 in food. Oncor won't even give us an estimate. During this time they have reconnected 80,000 customers leaving only about 3000 and me. NICE!!! User's recommendation: You have no choice in Texas and they no it!!!
