No E ticket, Show Canceled, Been Charged

I mean seriously to many things going wrong . First I received no E ticket upon purchase, thank god I took a screen shot. 3 days before Valentine's Day I looked up the show to print tickets, no where to be found and the show is no longer up, but the Venue is still doing show l. Hmmm? Now I cant get a hold of anyone for a refund because yes I was charged. The biggest problem so far is lack of correspondence and no effective customer service number. STAY AWAY, these are bad business practices.
