NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TO RECEIVE COMPLAINTS

Booked 2 rooms in Tysons VA, They didn't supply any extra linens or pillows in the rooms for the sofa beds, went to front desk and they had one set. The carpets had dark stains, the kitchen sink disposal didn't work, called the front desk no one answers, had to walk to front desk and complain about the leaking kitchen sink all over the floor and no one came to fix it@! tried calling corp, they hung up the call several times, there isnoone to speak to!!! User's recommendation: BEWARE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
