No communication from anyone about my 2021terex

To whom it may concern, I purchased my side by side and payed cash for it . I got to ride it a total of three times before the motor completely blew up within three weeks of purchase. The dealership had no explanation to offer . They also told me that parts to fix it were not available. I've called several times and been on hold and documented each time and never waited less then an hour and a half only to be told that they would call me back and never once have . I want the money I worked hard for. back .it's horrible customer over 2e
