I reserved car 2 weeks ago, for pick up this afternoon. No car, facility manager there frequently isn't one, Hertz just reserves and doesn't deliver or inform customer or even have anyone to call except the "corporate" facility that is an auto body shop. I'm supposed to pick up sick cousin at remote airport, impossible now. I don't even know how to get a refund, this was mostly prepaid. what in the world is wrong with these guys?DDo not
