No call it’s been almost 3 months

Ordered 4 months ago Still have not gotten a second impression , claimed they could not use the first one , no phone call like I was told to expect , and the email they gave me to send pics for the new impression kit isnt a valid Email! And no one has replied to my emails in weeks ! This product is a joke !! Do not order !!
