No attending agent in their call center

Im calling their call center for almost 1 hour and nobody is answering only machine answers saying all agent are busy..seriously? for 1 hour busy? Ingot headache waiting for them to answer ma call until I quitted..I just want to book for my RTA test please help me I'm your student or customer is this far am going through? I will attached the video and screenshot of ma call as a proof I got headache only for booking my RTA test how Belhasa made this transaction misery.
