No asnwer, no service

I've requested a pickup transport via KLM site but I didn't receive any confirmation, thus I place another request. My surprise is that 30 min later I placed the last request I received 2 charges in my bank account. I was able to cancel the last booking but silence about the second charge and no order found. I contact KLM and they were just replying with templates, I think is a bot what they have. Furthermore, after I was pissed because of that, the big surprise happened today when no car came to pick me up at the airport. The worst service ever, the worst customer support from both side, it's fraud.
