I have returned an item over 1 month ago from Portugal, following all the steps provided by you, and have yet to recrive my money! Whenever I contact you I get some sort of proforma answer, no human has looked up my issue. If i dont get a resolution soon i will leave my feedback on all the platforms you are present and seek legal council. User's recommendation: Beware!!!
