Due to the poor management of CCHS decision makers, I have no AC for most part of the summer despite they attempting to fix it 3 times now. They will not approve to use the right parts and fix it right the first time. They could not find a service provider for excess of 2 weeks for a AC repair job in middle of summer. We were forced to sleep on the floor for excess of 6 weeks and still the AC is not fixed. Need to add filler here … blah...blah ….blah … blah...blah ….blah … blah...blah ….blah … blah...blah ….blah … blah...blah ….blah … blah...blah ….blah
