I was on a bus from New Haven to Boston with no AC today (14:15). It was above 100 degrees inside the bus for the entire 2 hours 15 minute drive. A few passengers have told the driver that the bus was very hot but he simply said there is nothing he could do. The driver refused to call for help and after telling him that the back of the bus is insufferable he finally stopped the bus and told us "Either you get off here and get picked up in I don't know how long maybe many hours, or I can open the vent and keep driving. " The driver was extremely RUDE and UNSYMPATHETIC, obviously becuase he has AC blasting in his driver's seat for some reason. (He was also smoking in the bus terminal platform, completely unprofessional)
