Nike Customer Service is Terrible

Having been a Nike customer for many years, we have had some great pairs of sneakers and some that were not. Normally, you'd think that over time, if an airbag blows out on their higher priced sneakers or if your daughter's cushion rips away from the sole of her expensive sneakers repeatedly (inherent design flaw), Nike would address the situation immediately and professionally w/o question. But then again, you would be wrong! Instead, I was treated as if I did something wrong! User's recommendation: Nike should appreciate their customers and actually listen to what they say versus insulting them in how they treat them! If this can happen to me… Then it can happen to you!
