I purchased a bag from the store which is r450 and the purchase was done on the 13th of february clearly its a manufacturing error the store requires us to wait fill in a form and wait for feedback when the bag was purchased I paid cash what nonsense is this, the cash refund policy should be available within 7 days if I wanted a cheaper bag with terrible quality I would have purchased it from a different store clearly the people who works in the store is very unprofessional as they want to compare themselves to a customer that is terrible service I am very unhappy as I need my bag to be refunded or swapped immediately I want a response or I will purchase a add within the paper to inform people of the poor service I have received I request to be called back [protected]
