Nightmare service!

I have booked pickup and delivery service from the My Parcel Delivery website paid and got a confirmation email. The email did not have anything I needed to print and attach to the parcel, so I wrote by hand. But the delivery man refused to pick it up because suppose to be a label sent within order with barcodes. We checked the email but there was nothing attached or written. So I sent a ticket to ask for help online with that. All I got, another em User's recommendation: But sending problem solving tickets did not help. Customer servise phone always engaged. Keep out from this company!!
