Nightingale EMR is making my life miserable
Stay away from MY NIGHTINGALE EMR. I was very unlucky to sign up with Nightingale EMR application 4 years ago. So far I had four miserable years with this application. The performance of this system is terrible. It is slow and sometimes not available. It has a lot of bugs. Support staff lack the experience to troubleshoot any problem. The system manager/developer never returns calls. Since implementation, my workload had increased and I have to take my work home on a daily basis. The wait time in my office can be more than two hours because of the slow speed and inability to viewe scanned documents. I am looking for unhappy customers to launch a class action lawsuit.
