Bought nighthawk r7960p 12/06/2020. So, less than a year old. I was unable to get the internet bottom to come on, and no internet after coming home from work. It was working fine. After researching and resetting the router, I was unable to fix it. So I got in contact with Netgear. They said they would help me fix their router if I pay them $139.00. I'm sure it is a hardware problem, but I have to take a chance and pay them $139. For them to tell me it is a hardware problem. Which I still have warranty for. So I will never buy a Netgear product again, and I hope everyone else does the same.e Because Because you User's recommendation: Never buy a netgear product. You only have 90 days for technical support. After that you have to pay them $139 to help you fix their products.
