I had to stay several times at this chain, and can confidently say that I had enough. They always have cozy rooms with comfortable king size beds, supplied with fresh linens, good quality mattresses and comfy pillows. But the service certainly needs improvement. They never pick the phone up when I call at late hours to order a room service or to resolve the issue. It is possible to get a living person in day hours through the room’s telephone, but I believe the guest is entitled to the round-o-clock service.
