This is the third time in 2 months that our paper has been soaking wet, even inside the plastic sleeve. I don't know why it can't be thrown on the front porch instead of the driveway, especially during the monsoon season. My biggest complaint is trying to talk to a customer service PERSON! I just want another paper delivered, the computer doesn't seem to understand this. Poor customer service!!! User's recommendation: You should probably save yourself some grief and go out and buy one.
