New Sofa Broken

Bought a new motorized recliner in 12/20 with extended warranty. By March 2021 one side had stopped reclining. Called support and they sent a repair man out. He said the motor needed to be replaced and would take 3 months to arrive. So it's now 7/28/21 and the sofa is still broken. They were supposed to come back out yesterday but the part was not there for the repairman to pickup. User's recommendation: Don't shop here ever.
