New Smoker that Stopped Working NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased a Smoker in April. Used it and loved it until early July when it Stopped. The only way to contact them is via email. The customer service is absolutely horrible. We spent about $400 and now we have nothing and cannot get any resolution from the company. User's recommendation: BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND A COMPANY THAT CARES. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT!
