New Service call fee

I am notifying CHW about a 2nd claim that was filed today, [9/15/2021]. The first tech informed me to wait for him to receive the correct part to repair my washing machine. After repeated attempts to contact the tech, he refused to reply back to me. I have called CHW four times to explain my situation, that i was abiding by the techs' instructions. Now i will be getting a new tech and another service call fee. I was told that more than 30 days have lapsed and that i have to absorb the fee.
