Never sent product I ordered and paid for

Do not order from EuropeanPlates.com I ordered 2 personalized German plates back in January 2008, they were to be as gifts. Finally one plate showed up in late February although it was promised in a few weeks. I've been fighting ever since with them for the second plate which never arrived. I was charged the full price for each plate including tax and shipping. The price for the plate was only $16. So basically I paid almost $50 for one plate since I was never sent the other plate yet charged for it. You can't get a hold of them by phone, it's an automated message telling you to go to their web site, which I have. I've wrote countless letters to no relief. When and if they do email back all they tell me is they already sent the plate or someone tells me there's no record of my order. Yet I always include my order and confirmation number in the letters to them. I'm just sick about it because the plates were gifts for 2 different people, so I couldn't just give one plate to the person and not the other, so I just kept that plate and have it in the back of my closet. What a waste of money.
