Never receiving my albums that came with the tickets I purchased

Phone is disconnected and I've gotten absolutely no where with AXS through email or chat. I have proof I'm suppose to have 2 albums as each ticket purchased comes with an album and I purchased 2 tickets hence 2 albums. It's been almost 2 years now that I've been fighting with them and I'm sick of it and want what's owed to me! User's recommendation: Stay away from AXS if you want what they promise.
