I placed on order on April 17th for a birthday gift. I called 4 days later to see where order was and was told it shipped. Called 2 days later and was told it would be there the next day. The next day I was told it was lost and they had to send me a new order, with new order number. My party was that night. I had to go without the gift and felt like an idiot. I was told the new order would be overnighted on Monday and I would receive on Tuesday. Tuesday - nothing came and UPS showed no record. I contacted Kendra Scott by phone and was disconnected and told to email. Worst service ever and I still have no present on April 28th. User's recommendation: Do Not Order From Kendra Scott.
