Update by user Jun 23, 2021 They contacted me said they would have given me a refund, that was since May. No refund, no further response, NOTHING to date. And I did follow-up with them 3x about it. Just wont order from them again, I already re-ordered and received the product from AMAZON. Original review posted by user May 24, 2021 Hi, They did respond asking me for a photo of the packing slip and invoice, however given the length of time that they took FOREVER to respond, I have already disposed of it. The only reason they even responded after my numerous emails was because I reported them through you. So I informed them of that, to which there has been no response. But really it was 7 products why would I lie about missing one of the product???? one for $7.99?? but let them keep the money small money!! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!
