Never received money they was supposed to send me bak

They closed my account and was supposed to send my remaining balance bak for the past 6 months and I keep getting the run around from anyone I've called and talked to in customer service and even been told it was on the way and then call back and it's some other run around about it so what should the next step be? User's recommendation: Dont use them.
