Never received item or refund

We order a faucet and never received the item. I called and told its was on its way. Months went by, I called again and requested a refund, rep told me they were mailing a check. Never received that. Now, I cant find a working phone number for them and they do not answer emails. User's recommendation: Do not order anything from them.
