A Santa Cruz, CA merchant, Reversica Designs, took my money in January 2012. He has delivered nothing and remains unresponsive despite repeated inquiries. I sent a $2400 check to Reversica Designs in January 2012 as payment in full (their terms...should have been a red flag) for a reversing TV mount model REV-52. Reversica told me the unit had an 8 week production time and would ship in March 2012. As of June 5, 2013 I have yet to receive the TV mount. I have reached out to Reversica repeatedly through calls, emails and registered letters. Most of my inquiries have been unanswered. The few inquiries that were answered indicated "production problems" and requested my patience. In December 2012, out of the blue, Reversica called me to say that my TV mount was nearing completion and it would be shipped in early January 2013. It was not. Nor has it shipped since. Further inquiries to Reversica have been unacknowledged.
